Privacy notice
Simple, transparent data handling
This notice explains the core information Trackly processes and how billing information is handled. Last updated October 4, 2026.
Information we use
We process account details, organization information, projects, tasks, client records, team activity, and files you choose to add so Trackly can provide its workspace features.
Billing and Stripe
Stripe processes subscription payments, payment methods, invoices, and billing updates. Trackly does not store full card numbers or card security codes. We retain Stripe customer and subscription identifiers so we can recognize your plan and subscription status.
How information is used
We use workspace data to operate Trackly, enforce permissions, send requested invitations and task notifications, maintain security, provide support, and improve service reliability.
Sharing and service providers
We share information only with providers needed to run the service, such as Stripe for billing, Firebase for authentication and data storage, and configured email delivery services. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and control
Workspace data is retained while an account or organization remains active and as reasonably required for security, legal, and operational purposes. Organization administrators control team access and can remove members, clients, and other workspace records.
Security
We use authenticated access, organization-level permissions, and managed infrastructure safeguards. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so access credentials should remain private and suspected misuse should be reported promptly.
Questions about privacy can be sent through your Trackly support channel.
