Terms of service

Clear terms for working together

These terms describe the basic rules for accessing and using Trackly. Last updated October 5, 2026.

Using Trackly

You may use Trackly to manage legitimate projects, teams, clients, and related workspace activity. You are responsible for the information added to your workspace and for keeping account credentials secure.

Organizations and access

Organization owners and administrators control invitations, roles, permissions, and workspace records. Users must only access organizations and information they are authorized to use.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe according to the plan shown at checkout. Subscription changes, cancellations, payment methods, and invoices are managed through Stripe's secure billing portal.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful material, or use Trackly in a way that harms other users or systems.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Trackly reliable, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Features may evolve as the product improves, and material changes will be communicated where appropriate.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for maintaining accurate account information. Contact support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or need help with your workspace.

Questions about these terms can be sent through your Trackly support channel.
